Helena is the Swedish singer Helena Marianne Youssefsson. She was born in Sweden on March 23, 1974. She is a jazz, country, indie-pop and pop musician who plays the keyboard, percussion and tambourine. Musician, songwriter, producer, composer, vocalist in such popular bands as Son of a Plumber, Sandy Mouche, Mono Mind, and community activist. The number of views of songs performed by Helena on YouTube exceeds 60 million. The artist sings in Swedish, French, Farsi, and English. After moving to Malmö, the singer has long collaborated with singer Arash and recorded several songs as a duo. The last composition of the duo is "Angels Lullaby" (2021). Despite her active collaboration with Arash, Helena never sang live with the artist, did not appear in joint photos or on album covers. The singer has released several albums, most recently Beauty, Love, Anything was released on March 15, 2019. On May 22, 2008, the artist was awarded a €5,000 scholarship from the Len Skåne Cultural Foundation.
