Aquarium is a Russian band founded by Boris Grebenshchikov and Anatoly Gunitsky in 1972 in St. Petersburg. Genre of works: rock, reggae, indie-rock, blues-rock, folk-rock, bard-rock, dark-folk, art-rock, rock-n-roll. The band consists of Boris Grebenshchikov, Brian Finnegan, Alexander Titov, Alexey Zubarev, and Andrey Surutdinov. The band became popular in 1980 after their performance at the rock festival in Tbilisi. The guys recorded their first album "Blue Album" in 1981. In 1986 the band released the album "Ten Arrows", after that the musicians began to record their works with professional studio equipment. The debut official studio album was "White Album". Since 1990 the group recorded soundtracks for Soviet films and gave concerts in Russia, the USA and Germany. All in all, the musicians now have 24 albums to their credit.
