Die Antwoord (Afrikaans for "answer") is a hip-hop group formed in 2008 in Cape Town, South Africa. The group consists of three musicians: Watkin Tudor "Ninja" Jones, Yolandi Fisser, and DJ Hi-Tek. Also, Leon Botha was a member of the band until 2011. Die Antwoord released their first studio album $O$ in 2009. In 2011, the musicians set up their own record label, Zef Records, where their next albums Ten$Ion (2012) and Donker Mag (2014) were released. They also did production on the movie Robot Named Chappie and starred in it. On September 16, 2016 they released an album called Mount Ninji and Da Nice Time Kid. In the spring of 2019 the musicians reminded themselves with the bright video "DntTakeMe4aPoes". Already in the summer, the group pleased Russian fans with a performance at the Park Live festival in Moscow The band members themselves define their genre of music as "a fresh new style called zef".
