Ruslan Nabiev (December 11, 1976, Mingechaur, Azerbaijan SSR, USSR - January 24, 2008, Krasnodar region, Russia) is Russian singer-songwriter in chanson genre. He became popular after the song "To restaurants", which subsequently became his hit and his "calling card". In 2007, he released his debut album, Po to Restaurants. On January 24, 2008 on his way back from the concert he got into a car accident. Died. Was married. Was expecting his first child, but didn't live till the birthday of his daughter, which was named Vika.
