Chaif (originally Chaif-F, also spelled Chaif and Chaif) is a Soviet and Russian rock band, formed by Vladimir Shakhrin, Vladimir Begunov and Oleg Reshetnikov in 1985. The history of the band goes back to 1983, when Vladimir Shakhrin, Oleg Reshetnikov and Vadim Kukushkin began rehearsals in Sverdlovsk. They played their first concert on September 23, 1985 - it was the official birthday of "Chaif". In spring 1985 the band released their debut album "Pink Smoke Life", which consists of 2 parts, "Bad Dreams" and "The Wave of Simplicity". These days the band "Chaif" tours a lot in the cities of Russia, participates in commercial and not only commercial events, as well as recording albums, the number of which has reached 37.
