Giulia (Giulia Angălescu, born November 7, 1984 in Galati, Romania) is a Romanian singer and DJ. She works in the genre of house and pop. In 2004 Giulia started her solo career and released her debut studio album "Giulia" on November 7. The songs from the album gained popularity on radio stations in Romania. Giulia was invited to host TV shows and radio shows. The singer recorded the single "Kiss My Way" together with the singer Andu Campu, which reached the top positions in the Kiss FM charts. Julia released her second solo album Fluturi in 2006, and her third, Primul Pas, in 2008. In 2011 Giulia presented the singles "Underrated Love" and "Vorbe Goale". The compositions became hits and topped the national chart in Romania.
