TopHit.com, in collaboration with TopHit Spy, presents the Top 10 artists of the music radio airwaves in Germany and Poland in 2023.
In the German radio charts, the first position is held by Ed Sheeran, while in the Polish charts, it's David Guetta. Within the Top 10 radio airplay charts in Germany, three German artists have made it: Purple Disco Machine, Robin Schulz, and Felix Jaehn. In the Polish Top 10, there's only one local artist, Dawid Podsiadlo. Additionally, according to TopHit Spy, the Top 40 local radio stars in Poland include Sanah, Mrozu, and Ignacy.
The relatively low presence of local artists in the radio charts of Germany and Poland may be due to the limited availability of Polish and German musical content in the TopHit.com database. TopHit.com and TopHit Spy will collect and incorporate more data on popular local music in these countries by the end of the year.
Data on the number of broadcasts on radio stations in Germany and Poland is provided by the TopHit Spy service, which monitors the airwaves of over 2000 radio stations in 40 countries worldwide.
