On October 20, singer-songwriter Lilayah unveiled a release titled "Broken Girl." The single was recorded in just one night, and the author of the cover to it was the artist herself. The song is dedicated to all the girls whose heartbreak has made them indifferent. "Broken Girl" is an energetic composition that reveals to the listener the sad story of a broken heroine. Together with the protagonist, they search for inspiration and long to feel something, but at the same time they are afraid of being hurt again. "The people around her give her their emotions, but she is still as unapproachable and, no matter how much she wants to, remains as cold. She doesn't want to fall in love on principle, lest she get her heart broken again, but she also really wants to feel at least one butterfly in her stomach from a man's smile or touch. But the butterfly never arrives," says Lilaja about her heroine, whose image came to her in a dream.
