Usher Raymond IV (Usher Raymond IV; October 14, 1978, Dallas, Texas, USA) is an American singer, songwriter, actor, businessman and dancer. He has now sold more than 75 million copies of his albums worldwide. Winner of eight Grammy Awards, four World Music Awards, four American Music Awards and nineteen Billboard Music Awards. He is the owner of his own record company, US Records. He ranks 21st on Billboard's list of most successful musicians, and second, behind Eminem, on the list of the most successful musicians of the 2000s. In 2010, Glamour magazine listed him as one of the 50 Sexiest Men. Usher was born in Dallas, Texas to Johnetta Patton (née O'Neil) of Tennessee and Usher Raymond III. Spent most of his childhood in Chattanooga, his father left them when Usher was one year old and he grew up with his mother, stepfather, and stepbrother James Leake (born 1984). At the age of nine, he joined the children's choir at a local church in Chattanooga, run by his mother.
Personal Life - In 2001, Usher began dating Rozonda Thomas, a member of the band TLC. Their relationship lasted two years, after which they broke up in December 2003.
In November 2005, Usher began dating Tameka Foster, who worked as his personal stylist. They announced their engagement in February 2007 and were married on August 3, 2007 in Atlanta. They have two sons, Usher "Cinco" Raymond V (born November 26, 2007) and Navid Eli Raymond (born December 10, 2008). In June 2009, Usher filed for divorce, which was finalized in November of that year. Usher was awarded sole custody of the children.
In September 2015, Usher married his manager, Grace Miguel. In March 2018, they announced their separation. In December of that year, Usher filed for divorce.
In September 2020, it was revealed that Usher was expecting his third child with music producer Jenn Goicochea, whom he began dating in October 2019. Their daughter, named Savraine Bo Raymond, was born on Sept. 24, 2020. On Sept. 29, 2021, the couple had a son, Cyr Castrello Raymond
