T.I. is Clifford Joseph Harris, Jr. (Clifford Joseph Harris, Jr.; born September 25, 1980, Atlanta, Georgia, United States), is an American rapper, actor, and producer. Harris is one of the best-selling hip-hop artists of all time A three-time Grammy Award winner, he has released 11 studio albums, seven of which have reached the top five of the U.S. Billboard 200 chart. Harris has also released several highly successful singles during his career, including Billboard Hot 100 number one hits "Whatever You Like" and "Live Your Life" (featuring Rihanna); the latter succeeded the former at the top of the chart and made Harris one of the few artists to succeed himself at number one and hold two top positions simultaneously. Harris began gaining widespread recognition in 2003 after his first high-profile song was featured on Atlanta rapper Bone Crusher's single "Never Scared." Harris gained even more notoriety after the release of Trap Muzik (2003), which included the Top 40 songs "Rubber Band Man" and "Let's Get Away" (featuring Jazze Pha). Harris' sixth album, Paper Trail (2008), was his most successful project. In 2013, Harris performed Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" (with Pharrell Williams), which topped several major music charts. Harris has also had a successful acting career, starring in ATL, Takers, Get Hard, Identity Thief, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Ant-Man and its sequel. In 2009 Billboard named him the 27th best artist of the decade of the 2000s
