Jana Kay, (English: Yana Kay, real name: Jana Kivlenika, Latvian: Jana Kivlenika. Jana Kivlenika, born. April 20, 1970, Riga, Latvian SSR, USSR) is a Latvian singer, composer and songwriter. Jana Kay's discography includes albums in English, Russian, Latvian, Spanish and Italian. She represented Latvia at the International Eurovision Song Contest 2003 with the song Hello from Mars, as a member of the trio F.L.Y.. (She represented Latvia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2003 with the song Hello from Mars, as part of the trio F.L.Y.. She is the performer of the song Medveditsa from the music for the movie The Book Snatchers (soundtrack), together with Ilya Lagutenko and the band Mumiy Troll. One of the pioneers of vocal direction in Drum'n'bass and 2-step garage genre. One of the few Russian-speaking female artists whose songs have been on BBC Radio 1's English playlists.
