Nargiz (Nargiz Pulatovna Zokirova, Nargiz Po'latovna Zokirova, Uzbek); born October 6, 1970, Tashkent, Uzbek SSR, USSR. October 6, 1970, Tashkent, Uzbek SSR, USSR) is a Soviet and Uzbek rock singer and musician. Nargiz is a citizen of the United States. The artist has 3 children. From April 2014 to August 2019, Nargiz collaborated with producer and composer Maxim Fadeev. The musician wrote her debut solo single "I'm Not Yours," which was released on July 3, 2014. In October, the video for the single premiered, in which she starred with her husband Philip Balzano. On February 6, 2015, Nargiz released her second single, called "You are my tenderness." The author of the composition was Maksim Fadeev. The songs "You are my tenderness", "I will be with you", in a duet with Maksim Fadeev "Together" became widely popular. On August 12, 2019, Maxim Fadeev unilaterally terminated the contract with Nargiz and forbade her to perform all the songs recorded during the period of cooperation. The breakup was preceded by a conflict that lasted about a month. On March 11, 2020, she signed a contract with new producer Viktor Drobysh.
