Yuta (real name: Anna Vladimirovna Osipova, maiden name: Semina, born June 20, 1979, Sverdlovsk, RSFSR, USSR. June 20, 1979, Sverdlovsk, RSFSR, USSR) is a Russian singer, musician, songwriter and composer. The founder, ideologist, artistic director and vocalist of the band Yuta. In June 2012, she announced the beginning of her solo career In 1985, the future singer moved with her family from her native Sverdlovsk (now Yekaterinburg) to Moscow. Yuta began her singing career in 1999[9]. Two years later the band's debut album, Easy and Even Graceful, was released. In 2000, Utah formed a band of the same name and began work on her first studio album, released a year later, Career. Since 2001 the singer has released eleven studio albums and seven discography compilations. Yuta has more than 40 compositions for movies, TV series and plays to her credit. The singer's repertoire includes such hits as "Once Upon a Time" and "Hop and Malt", "The Same Girl" and others.
