Marat Chanyshev is a Russian singer, composer and ex-soloist of the legendary band Prime Minister. Born on 25 March 1975 in Moscow, from childhood he combined music and sports. Graduated from the Suvorov School and Moscow State University of Culture and Arts, served in the sports company of CSKA. His song ‘Two Diamonds’ became the band's calling card and one of the most popular Russian-language hits. He participated in the Eurovision Song Contest, toured the world and left the band as part of the PM Group project. Since 2022 he started a solo career and released the singles ‘Ocean’, ‘Rocky’, ‘Sparks’ and others. He is inspired by rock legends, is fond of sports and is proud of his daughter. Today Marat continues to create, tour and delight fans with new music.
