Jonas Brothers are an American pop-rock band founded in 2005 in New Jersey, California, United States. The band consists of three musician brothers, Joe Jonas, Nick Jonas, and Kevin Jonas. The band works in the genre of alternative rock, power pop, and pop rock. The band's debut single "Mandy" was released in 2005. In 2006 the single "Time for Me to Fly" became the soundtrack for the movie Aquamarine. The guys recorded their first solo album, It's About Time, in 2006. In 2008, the band won the American Music Awards for Breakthrough of the Year. In 2009, the Jonas Brothers sold more than 8 million copies of their albums worldwide. In 2019, the track "Sucker" topped the Billboard Hot 100. And the Brothers' album "Happiness Begins," released in 2019, reached No 1 on the US Billboard 200.
