Ben Delay (real name Oliver Schmidt; born November 17, 1976 in Lindlar, Germany) is a well-known German DJ and owner of the successful Sugarland Records label.
His 2013 remix of Bob Sinclar's "I Feel For You," one of house music's most famous classics, brought him worldwide recognition.
Since then, Ben Delay has worked on a busy schedule of remixing tracks by artists such as Bob Sinclar, Sharam Jey, Vanilla Ace, Roger Sanchez, Sean Finn, Milk & Sugar, DJ Tonka, DJ PP, Todd Terry, Jerome Robins, Ron Carroll, Africanism, Wally Lopez, Stonebridge and many more.
He is the owner of Sugarland Records, one of the best selling independent house labels of the last decade, selling over 100,000 copies of his releases on VINYL alone. His production and remixes can be found on such leading labels as Toolroom, Spinnin, Kontor, Warner Music, Ministry of Sound, Enormous Tunes, Milk & Sugar, No Definition, Nervous Records, Weplay, Hedkandi and more.
