Teona Valentinovna Dolnikova (born August 24, 1984, Moscow) is a Russian actress and singer. She was born in Moscow in a family with Russian, Greek, Ukrainian and Georgian roots. Since childhood she was engaged in vocal and choreography. She graduated from an experimental gymnasium with advanced study of the French language and from the Gnessin School of Music in piano and violin. Career After the musicals Metro, Notre Dame and Warriors of the Spirit, she was invited to join the musical production Viva, Parfum at the Nikitsky Gate Theater. In 2002-2003 she was the vocalist of the nu-metal band "Slot". Under her, the band took part in the soundtrack of the blockbuster "Boomer", which included 2 songs - "Clone" and "Only if it was fun" (the latter with the vocals of Ulyana IF). In 2003 she took part in the show "Fort Boyard", where as part of the stars of the musical "Notre Dame de Paris" won 72,210 rubles. In 2003-2004 she played the role of gypsy Rada in the TV series "Poor Nastya". Recorded the soundtrack to the TV series "Doomed to Become a Star" (Russia, 2005-2007), it was her voice sang the main character Zhenya Azarina. She also sang songs for the movies: "The Fourth Wish", "Happy Birthday, Lola", "Kazus Kukotsky", "Hiromant". In 2007 she voiced Pocahontas in the Disney cartoon of the same name. For her role in the musical Metro she was nominated for the State Prize of the Russian Federation. She became the first Russian performer to win the Grand Prix at the Tenth International Festival "Slavonic Bazaar" in 2001. In 2002, the young student of GITIS became a winner of the Triumph Youth Award, and in 2003 she received the main theater award "Golden Mask" in the category "Best Actress" for the role of Esmeralda in the musical "Notre Dame de Paris". In 2008 she starred in the TV series "Gypsy with a way out". In 2003-2005 together with her sister Ketevan took part in the recording of Zhanna Friske's album "Zhanna" - they were backing vocalists. Since 2009 she has been studying acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in Los Angeles. In 2011 she returned to Russia at the invitation of the creators of the Theater of Musicals to play the lead role in the play "Times Don't Choose". Since April 10, 2012 is in Moscow at the invitation of the band "Slot" to perform at the anniversary concert. In 2012-2016 she played the main female role (Elizabeth) in the musical "Count Orlov" at the Moscow Operetta Theater. She has played the same role since 2021. Since December 2013, she played the role of Paula Negri in the 3D musical of the same name. In 2014, she took part in the second season of the show "One in One!" on the TV channel Russia-1, where she tried on the images of Yolka, Beyoncé, Tamara Gverdtsiteli, Irina Allegrova, Polina Gagarina, Roma Zver, Olga Kormukhina, Maya Kristalinskaya, Lady Gaga, Loreen, Amy Winehouse, Igor Kornelyuk, Lyudmila Zykina, Nyusha and Marilyn Monroe. In 2015, she plays Juliet in the 3D musical Juliet and Romeo. She plays Sonechka Marmeladova in the rock opera Crime and Punishment. Since 2016, she has played the role of Kitya Scherbatskaya in the new musical Anna Karenina at the Operetta Theater.
