“So Hard So Hot” (Yotto Remix) glitches and swirls with arpeggiating synths and Alison Goldfrapp’s sultry vocals, the original track - taken from the critically acclaimed debut solo album “The Love Invention” - has been warped by Yotto’s penchant for atmospheric sound design and big-room drum programming. The arrangement reaches monolithic proportions at it’s peak, contorting with high-frequency drone sounds and jagged, machine-like melody. This remix is the first of three that Alison will be releasing over the summer months, following her debut solo album The Love Invention. She’ll be performing at Glastonbury this year, following amazing performances at Primavera Sound and a sold out headline show at The Outernet in London. The album has been met with incredible press acclaim, from the likes of Wonderland, Mojo, The Guardian, The Times and many more.
