Neon Dreams makes “sunshine music for the soul”. Their single “Little Dance” is a positive, uplifting reminder to slow down and take in the beauty of the world around us. The melody originally came to Frank while shark diving in South Africa. He hopped out of the water to record a voice memo of what would become the chorus, finishing the lyrics using observations culled from his travel journal.
