After a two-year hiatus, MORANDI, one of the most established bands in Romania, are ready to release their new single, Everytime We Touch.
For 8 years, MORANDI succeeded in taking the top spot in most of the European music charts with smash hits like Love Me, Beijo, Falling Asleep, Angels or Save Me.
Since their beginning, MORANDI took the Romanian musical scene like a storm, their debut album, Reverse, selling more than 2 million copies. This was only the beginning as two more extremely successful albums were released, Mind Fields and N3XT, and many singles that are still constantly played on various radio stations all over Europe.
In no time, MORANDI managed to win several important musica awards like : Best Song @ Mtv Romania Music Awards 2006, Best Video @ Mtv Romania Music Awards 2006, Best Romanian Act @ Mtv Europe Music Awards 2008 and a triple platinum disc in Russia for the sales of N3XT, their third album.
The new single release, Everytime We Touch, talks about the feelings that you get when you start to fall in love.
Love is seen as an escape from the general mundane, from a lonely and senseless existence, said the artists.
The lyrics tell the story of the first encounter between two future lovers, their first emotions, feeling and the butterflies in your stomach that you get when you meet your love partner.
With a vibrating and creative but also very melancholically sound, Everytime We Touch transcends musical genres and delivers a personal image of an universe that is full of love.
Through this new release, MORANDI proves one more time that dance music can be full of substance, emotions and feelings, making then one of the best dance music bands of all time, in Romania and not only.
