Blestyaschiye is a Russian women's pop group. One of the first female groups in Russia. The founders of the group are composer Andrei Groznyi and co-producer Andrei Shlykov. The sound producer of the group is Sergey Kharuta.
In 1995 composer and producer Andrei Grozny together with Andrei Shlykov decided to create a maiden band. Grozny invited the first soloist to the project - Olga Orlova, who later invited her acquaintance Polina Iodis into the group. The third soloist becomes dancer Varvara Koroleva. After the producers decided on the lineup, the band recorded their first single "There, Only There" and filmed a music video for it
Zhanna Friske initially appeared in the group "Blestyaschie" as an art director. Since the middle of 1997 she already performed as a full member of the group. The music videos "Flowers", "Cha-cha-cha", "Clouds" were shot by this group. In 1998 Polina left the group. In 1999, the soloists joined Kseniya Novikova, who from time to time performed in the group as a backup vocalist. The Novikova-Lukyanova-Friske-Orlova line-up is considered golden by the fans.
The golden line-up existed till 2000. During this time, the performers managed to release the singles "Ciao, bambina!", "Winter will come for autumn", the albums "About love" and "By white snow".
In 2000 the producers parted with Olga Orlova. A year later the group got a new soloist - Yulia Kovalchuk. The new line-up of Blesyaschihs released the singles "And I Was Flying", "Aw-Aw", "To the Four Seas", the clip of the same name, and the album.
In 2003, Irina Lukyanova left the group. She was replaced by Anna Semenovich, a master of sports in figure skating. In fall of the same year the album "Orange Paradise" was released. After the album was released, Zhanna Friske left the group.
In 2004, in the video "New Year Song" the audience saw a new member of "Blestyaschih" - Nadezhda Ruchka. In this line-up the singers gave their fans the singles and music videos "Palms in Pairs", "Agent 007", "Long Distance Captain", the album "Oriental Tales". The singer and dancer of Iranian origin Arash took part in the recording of the title track of the album.
At the "Golden Gramophone" in November 2009 "Blestyaschie" performed with Marina Berezhnaya. The singers recorded such popular songs as "Green Eyes", "Love", "Sweetheart".
In 2022 the team announced the release of a music video for the composition "The Other One". The video was a collaboration with Super Zhorik performed by Mikhail Galustyan
