On June 21th, TopHit dropped the Top Radio Hits Global Weekly Chart for the week ending June 20, 2024.
Welcome to TopHit! June is in full swing, and it's time to analyze the successes and failures in the global radio chart. This week's new entries include the track Million Dollar Baby (VHS) by Tommy Richman and Eminem's megahit Houdini, which debuts at the 71st position. Eminem's return to the charts has not been without controversy; the banger is liked by listeners but has divided music critics into two camps—some praise the song for a successful and creative comeback, while others find it ridiculous and too old-fashioned.
Regarding the chart-toppers, the leaders remain unchanged. Artemas holds the top spot with the outstanding track I Like The Way You Kiss Me, followed closely by pop star Sabrina Carpenter and the incredibly talented Benson Boone. Ariana Grande has climbed into the top 5 with her single We Can't Be Friends (Wait For Your Love), moving up two spots to secure the fourth place. The leading R&B artist of the week is closing in on the top positions.
The most significant upward movements were shown by Teddy Swims (The Door) and Purple Disco Machine , whose killer dance-pop track Honey Boy climbed 28 spots and entered the top 15. Congratulations!
