The Weeknd Unveils Album Artwork for "Hurry Up Tomorrow"

The Weeknd, real name Abel Tesfaye, has just dropped the artwork for his highly anticipated new album, Hurry Up Tomorrow. Fans have been eagerly waiting for the next installment in his ‘After Hours’ and ‘Dawn FM’ trilogy since the artist began teasing new music back in January.

The freshly revealed album cover, shared via social media, takes a minimalistic approach. A close-up shot of The Weeknd’s face departs from the dramatic prosthetics used in his After Hours era, signaling a potential new direction. Though fans now have a glimpse of the album’s aesthetic, no official release date has been announced yet.

Earlier this week, The Weeknd also dropped a cinematic trailer to announce the album’s title, blending cryptic lyrics with orchestral sounds. “Today has felt like an endless spin,” he narrates, adding layers of mystery with lines like, “When today ends, I’ll discover who I am. HURRY UP TOMORROW.”

The Weeknd continues to push boundaries in music and performance. Last night (September 7), he performed a massive one-night-only concert in São Paulo, which was live-streamed globally. The show featured a revamped setlist and new tracks from Hurry Up Tomorrow, giving fans an exclusive taste of what’s to come. Plus, in collaboration with the UN World Food Programme, $1 from every ticket sold went to the XO Humanitarian Fund, aimed at tackling the global hunger crisis.

As fans await more news, it’s clear that Hurry Up Tomorrow is shaping up to be one of The Weeknd’s most exciting releases yet.
