Music-streaming service Audiomack has achieved an impressive milestone: 10 million daily active users, as shared by founder Dave Macli in a recent LinkedIn post. This metric highlights the platform’s steady rise from its early days, reaching a new peak in global engagement.
“On Friday last week audiomack had 10 million active users. It wasn’t too long ago that we were reaching for 1 million,” Macli noted, thanking everyone involved in Audiomack’s journey so far.
This isn’t just any stat – Macli’s update emphasizes daily active users (DAUs) rather than monthly metrics, a more precise measure of active engagement. For comparison, when Audiomack signed licensing deals with Universal Music Group and Sony Music in early 2021, the platform reported 17 million monthly active users. But reaching 10 million listeners in a single day is a whole new level, showing the service’s strong foothold in the streaming landscape.
Audiomack’s rise from its initial indie-driven base to a prominent player with millions tuning in daily showcases the power of fan-driven growth in today’s music world.
