Konstantin Meladze and Dmitry Kostyuk to seal VIA Gra’s fate in court

As the Ukrainian mass media report, the case is already considered by court. Meladze brought an action, in which he does his best to stand up the right for the popular brand name.
“Konstantin has already brought a case, saying that I’ve got nothing in common with VIA Gra. Hence the court proceedings are in full fledge”, - says the producer.
According to Kostyuk, he didn’t speak to Konstantin for 2 years already. Besides, he sees no sense in the project “I want to VIA Gra”. According to the edition, now the project is frozen. Having chosen 400 participants for further castings, the organizers terminated the show.
As for the new VIA Gra, Kostyuk is forming now, the band is planned to perform with new material. However, it’s not excepted that the collective will sing VIA Gra’s old hits.
