Billy Joel's Final Madison Square Garden Show Features Axl Rose Cameo

For his milestone 150th – and final – show at Madison Square Garden, Billy Joel delivered a night to remember, inviting Guns N’ Roses’ legendary frontman Axl Rose to the stage.

On July 25, the iconic Piano Man concluded his decade-long residency with a spectacular performance, treating the New York audience to a hit-packed setlist.

Midway through the show, Joel amped up the excitement by welcoming Axl Rose for two electrifying back-to-back covers: Wings' "Live And Let Die" and AC/DC's "Highway To Hell".

Following Rose’s powerhouse guest spots, Joel continued to thrill the crowd with his classic hits, including "We Didn’t Start The Fire", "Uptown Girl", "It’s Still Rock And Roll To Me", and "Big Shot". To cap off the unforgettable night, Rose joined Joel once more for an energetic rendition of "You May Be Right".

In related news, Guns N’ Roses’ guitarist Slash recently hinted in an interview that 2025 will be "all about Guns N’ Roses", stirring anticipation for a potential new album. Despite releasing several new tracks since reuniting in 2016, fans have been eagerly waiting for a follow-up to 2008's "Chinese Democracy".
